1.	What are Toyota Merits? How do I become a Merit member?
	Every new Toyota purchased is automatically accorded a certain amount of Merits. And whenever you service your vehicle at a Toyota Service Centre, every Ringgit on your invoice equals 1 Toyota Merit. Upon accumulating more than 4,000 Toyota Merits, you will be extended an invitation to join the Toyota Merit Programme.

2.	How do I earn Toyota Merits?
	There are 3 ways to do this: * Purchase a new Toyota (1% of on-the-road price = no. of Merits) * Service your car at any authorised Toyota Service Centre (RM1 = 1 Merit) * Send your car for service jobs that are paid for by an insurance company (max. at 500 Merits)

3.	What are the membership restrictions?
	Toyota Merit membership is: * Only applicable to Private Individual registered vehicles * Applicable to Toyota vehicles registered under the same customer's name * Strictly non-transferable

4.	How long will my Merit membership last? Can I renew my membership?
	Membership will be reviewed every 2 years, based on the following criteria: * Purchase of a new Toyota vehicle; OR * Service* at least 4 times (all 4 service invoices must total up to a minimum of RM1,000); OR * Spend a minimum of RM5,000 for component/accident repairs at authorised Toyota Service Centres (excluding insurance claims) *Service must be carried out at authorised Toyota Service Centres only

5.	I own a Company registered Toyota. Why do I always have 0 Toyota Merits?
	Toyota Merits are only awarded to individual private registered Toyota owners. Company registered vehicles will not be assigned any Toyota Merits, thus your Toyota Merits will always be displayed as 0.
